Advertising Preferences

In Advertising Preferences if I chose YES or NO their is a popup that says, "Oops, error occured. Try again later."   (Form spelled occurred wrong.  Not sure that would matter)    Is this something I need to be concerned with?

@a2zforme2you   It doesn't affect your selling on ebay.  It just has to do with what ads ebay will show you when you use the site.
