Wondering that these cards are called?

Does anyone know what these are called? I have tried searching pokemon nintendo- and i am not seeing anything like them?  

 (with the pokemon guy on them) they say nintendo 2000 but not much else- any help would be appreciated- going through my sons massive collection and not sure that these are? thank you in advance

I'm not sure.  I'm not veryfamiliar with Pokemon cards.  But...If you could scan a single front and back, you could do a google image search that could possibly pull up more info on them.  Best of luck.  Bill
