I'm not sure it is Fardikot. Please find a picture of the stamps issued before the British postal convention was accepted.
I do not answer questions about stamps unless I am positive I have the correct answer. The catalog reference you showed shows the same 3 stamps that Scott does. Scott notes that "Several other varieties exist, but it is believed that only the (3) stamps listed here were issued for postal use". In addition your catalog casts doubt on whether or not No. 3 was ever valid for postage.
