Is It Russian?

Cinderella for sure, but looks more Greek than Russian to me.

I've never seen this before but it is not a postage stamp. It is definitely a Cinderella from somewhere in Eastern Europe.  As this stamp, Cinderellas do not usually have a value printed on the stamp.  Sorry I couldn't be of more help but at least you won't have to waste your time trying to find it in a postage stamp catalog,

Is It Russian?

Hi

I cannot offer much more than what already been said.

I appears to be a woman holding a baby, I suppose you already knew this.

I was stationed in Greece, and don't think it looks like its from Greece.

Also stationed in Turkey and Iran, and don't think its from either one.

Again, not much to offer.

The last 2 lines, as best as I can decipher the alphabet, my Russian translate program says it is for an apothecary in Belgrade Serbia

Yes, apothecary, Belgrade. Inscription at top in arched ribbon gives the name of a cosmetic factory. - Zashtitnichig Fabrike Cosmetike. Serbian advertising label, I think.
