The Phrase Game

Here's how this game works...

I say a phrase or sentence, and somebody else continues it.

Example:

The chicken ate some food

Then somebody else says "and it had poison in it"

And another says "He had to go to the doctor".

And it keeps going.

This will start with...

Once there was a man who wanted to go sailing

I suspect this will get crazy!

so he bought all the sheets he could find

and tied them to his roof

then up came a 100 mph straight wind

and the sheets turned into a parachute (like in all of the movies )

The man began to feel a strange sensation when....

he realized he was going sideways instead of up. So he looked out the door...

To see that the sheets were turning black

"Oh no!" he gasped.  Black sheets could mean only one thing....

...they were going to catch on fire!

He rushes out the door and grabs the water hose but the winds are blowing so fierce!

and the hose gets a leak and stops spraying

when up ahead he sees a very large water fountain

now he runs with buckets to the fountain but.....
