Praise God for each of you -- those who read, those who post, those who read and post!!

Prayers for your insurance and medication.

Bill's doctor told him NOT to take the generic. He could lose his transplanted kidney if he did. The doctor wrote a note to the pharmacy. Bill's insurance company paid for the non-generic medicine (we paid normal co-pay).

Those who are on Medicare and have major health problems, email me and I will let you know of a secondary insurance company that has been wonderful for Bill.

Good afternoon everyone!

Prayers for all who asked and even those that didn't.

I guess I am really fortunate to be able to use generics. I would never be able to pay the co-pay's on the name brands. The only name brand I take is Lipitor because the cardiologist said I had to have it and they gave me a card that made my co-pay only $4 a month for the $200 med.

The chronic fatigue (which I rarely get) seems to be letting up a bit. My hip is slowly healing, but I think there is something wrong with the ligaments around my knee. I will ask the surgeon when I see him in 3 weeks.

Ike has been at a house fire since the middle of the night. It was on the news at noon and is totally destroyed. Both people got out safely.

The kids are having a patriotic concert at school this evening. I did not think I would be able to go as I have a real problem sitting right now, but Melanie is bringing my wheelchair (she had it for when my MIL visited with her) and I will bring a couple of pillows and I should be okay.

Jimmy dear, these are cynnical words from Solomon during a certain negative and comtemplative time in his life, but we know that when we (Christians) die, we'll know that we are face to face with HIM! How awesome is that!!! :^O
