Hi Everyone!
Praying for all requests.
We were at a music festival last week and have been doing a lot of running. The kids go back to school this week and Ike has been doing some repairs on my new-to-me car. It now has new front and back brakes. It still needs shocks and an oil change.
The pastor left the church that I felt uncomfortable in. I guess he resigned by email. Anyway, it is a large, well-attended church without a pastor. I am waiting to see what happens, as I liked the church and perhaos it is time for me to go back.
I have a prayer request for someone who is a friend and posts on another board. She has two aneurysms in the front of her brain. She has to have them clipped in two separate procedures. She is living alone with her little dog and really has no one to be there for her. She is not Christian and is really scared.
I will be gone September 8th through the 19th as I am going to stay with the mother of a friend who will be going to two music festivals (one in Kansas) and her mom has early Alzheimer's and cannot be left alone. She will be gone longer than that, but those were the dates I could cover. She also uses a walker and a chair that takes her upstairs at her house and she has fallen many times. My baby will be 30 on the 9th, so I told her to take the 8th off, as well and I will stop by and give her birthday presents and take her lunch on my way downstate. Gabriel will be 13 on the 19th but they are celebrating the following day, so I will be home just in time for that.
The 6th wheel ,ade it over to Melanie and Bob's place last night. It needs a repair to one of the slides because I had something caught in it. I thought I stopped it in time, but I guess I did not. It spends the winter over there as they have much more room. Ike and Gabe already left to go work on it with Bob snd bil, Mark.
I have been having some heart problems. When I spoke with my cardiologist's nurse, she said to go to the ER. I then went and saw him Thursday. I have a stress test and even more extensive blood work to be done across the state next Wednesday. I am on time-release nitro and they upped it another 30 mg. I lost all that weight and now my heart is giving me problems? Hopefully, the stress test will go well (this is part of what I did when I worked at the hospital) so I do not end up in the Cath Lab yet again.
