I bought a slow cooker at this listing. https://www.ebay.com/itm/Hamilton-Beach-Stay-or-Go-Programmable-7-Qt-Slow-Cooker-with-Party-Dipper-3...
the seller messages me the next day
What a load of **bleep** now. i'm out 39.99 and don't have a slow cooker on the way. The icing on the cake is them trying to up sell me one for 5 dollars more that didn't even have a party dipper.
Whats worse is this scammer has printed a label so i cant cancel my order.
I have sent them over 30 messages in the last 24 hours and plan on continuing to flood them with inquires to why my order isnt canceled / refunded yet.
Is there anything I can do to further protect my self?
I have initiated a return for item not received as described since he created a shipping label after admitting to not having the item any longer.
Is this common seller practice to preform the old bait and switch?
