How is it ethical for a seller to list multiple items up for auction on eBay, and also list them for sale at a fixed price on another site without warning bidders that we may just be S-O-L after watching the auction like a hawk for several days on end hoping to win? I've attempted the ridiculous "Contact Help & Support" section, just to be given that endless cycle of links that lead nowhere in notifying eBay. There's no warning on the listings whatsoever. I just happened upon the same items listed on another site, exact same photos, descriptions and seller's name and location. Are there no listing policies against this?
