I had case against me said they didnt get paCKAGVE,  ebay refunded there money,  How canthey do that,  they knew I gave gthem racking info.  Says package weas deliverred but not left.  T^hey left paper to pick up.   How is this my fault

You have to respond to the Claim.

Put the tracking number into your response and state that the item has been available for pickup since June 15.

At this point, it may no longer be available, since PO space is limited.

In that case it is on its way back to you.

But RESPOND.

Don't assume that eBay's bots or the buyer knows where the parcel is.
