Why have all my templates disappeared?

Like many others it seems, all my templates have gone!

I get the fact that they're not going to magically re-appear, but i'd like to know WHY they disappeared....

Anyone from ebay fancy chiming in on this?

All of my templates disappeared yesterday. Also, I cannot save new ones. I tried the link given on the other reply and it just says 'you have 0 templates'. So the templates facility is there somewhere - it just doesn't work.

My templates are still there.  I just have to make sure to click on Advanced in the description pane.  They don't appear in the simple format.

@dollybeautyis right - older templates are in that link provided.

Templates created with the new selling form are now under your My eBay >"Sell" link.

My templates, old and new, are visible in both places even today, so if you can't find ANY of yours, then something else is going on.

I'm not in Seller Hub yet, so not sure if there's a way to find them there.

Yes, mine are not showing up either.
I just posted the issue over in the Ebay For Business page on Facebook.
I use seller hub, when I click on Templates, sometimes is just tries

to connect and never connects. When it does connect, I get a page
that ONLY allows me to start a new template, not to access my already
made templates.
I had this issue yesterday, but I was only listing one item - I just ended up
doing a Sell Similar - but that is not the best option as you can have
errors if you miss deleting something from that original listing.
AND to reply to a previous poster, yes you can access your OLD templates
previous to Seller Hub via the link posted, but I have since updated my
templates so those do not work for me.
Ebay is a 24/7 business, I wish we had someone answering the Technical
Issue posts on the weekend.
I will be checking back to see if anyone else has an answer...

FOUND - BUT NOT EASY...

well, i did figure out how to find them....
see my attached screenshots as well.

you have to access it thru seller hub
click > Listings [the section on the top ONLY]
click > Create Listing
scroll down and you will see a drop down for
your listing templates.

AUG 14TH ... next morning follow up...

i am listing this morning, if you follow my directions in the

seller hub and you get to where you should have the drop

down box of your templates and ONLY see a box with
no options, REFRESH your page - this has happened to me

several times this morning. SOMETIMES all the templates are
there and sometimes not, so refreshing your page will
bring them back.

Thanks for your efforts. I followed your instructions (That is what I usually do to select my templates; from the initial dropdown), these are what have disappeared. Not happy!:(

Another week, another 1-2 hours this week I will waste talking to Ebay about something they broke.

Just had a quick chat with eBay Chat Representative and for once eBay are apparently aware, know what the problem is, and will fix it. I have been told no ETA as of yet but at least they are at least AWARE there is a problem which makes a nice change.

This is a known technical issue and our technical team is already looked into it.

well, looks like they are trying to fix it, soon we hope!
i had that process saved on my browser toolbar, so it
was just one click to get to my saved templates...so it
was doubly hard for me to find them - lol!

Okay, I think i've 'found' them ! In the attached screenshot, top left, click on Sell (between daily deals & help) and that's where mine were hiding. Let me know if this helps anyone else please.

Just a quick update. It appears my  templates have come back and are working if I go to 'create new listing' via the Seller Hub.

If I just go via 'Sell' they once again do not appear and I am encourage to 'create a new template' where the drop-down would normally be.

Odd behavior, and still obviously not working properly,  but they are working again from where I normally access them from so it shouldn't slow me down.

"Advanced in the description pane" where is that?  I've been to the templates page and there is no such thing that I can see.
