Request timed out when listing an item

I recently posted an item which I was able to put through, then a few days later I tried listing another item but it won't let me past after "List with displayed fees". It goes on a loop and few minutes later it comes up as "Gateway Timeout The proxy server did not receive a timely response from the upstream server. Reference #1.9db0f748.1521565680.48a5b186 AND Reference #1.ccb0f748.1521659300.3d998ef6 ". Tried phoning customer service and they even increased my selling limit but the problem still persist.

Anyone had this problem before?

sounds like an issue on your end...

if you've already tried a different browser and a hard reboot, and are still getting the same error, call your ISP's helpdesk and see if they can figure it out...

just had another thought... if you have your own router between the computer and your ISP's router, check to see if your router has a firmware update to install...

Hi, the problem also occurs when I'm trying to list it on my iPhone eBay app and it's been more than a week and I still can't post the item.
