HTML pix in ad? (can they still be done?) if so how?

I know a few years back  sellers were able to post there own HTML photos in the ad, I believe that you are no longet allowed or there may be a different format to post?

Before I just used the <img src="">  from what I remember this can no longer be used?

Also is it possible to inbed a you tube video? Again in the past you were able to post videos in your ad but I believe it can no longer be done?

TIA

Images and video can be immeded in your descriptions. You have the correct img tag. The image needs to be located on an online web server, using SSL. Other words...<img src="HTTS://web.server/image.jpg">
