For the last two months or so I have noticed a problem with links on some eBay pages not working properly in Chrome.
1. When trying to update an invoice with a custom shipping amount, clicking in the box to enter the shipping total causes the browser to 'blink' and the user cannot enter the shipping amount in the box. This functionality works properly in IE and Edge.
2. When trying to update combined shipping preferences the links on the page to edit combined shipping preferences do not work. Opening the link manually does not provide the 'pop up' box with the shipping preference settings to open. No 'pop up' blocker is activated in the browser. The links work properly in IE and Edge.
