Buyers cant pay me?

Hi...I have registered with E Bay and do transactions through papal. Refunds also have been received many times without a problem. But when i going to sell items, buyers form other ends informe me that they cant pay for the items. Funds will not accept by e bayl. Any reason for that? will you help me on this regards?

Same issue here. Havent sold anything all day. Completely dead. Hubby comes home and want me to purchase something for him and I cant seem to purchase anything with Paypal. Now I know why it is so dead today and Ebay has not bothered to inform sellers or buyers of this issue. Nice.

I have a same problem with 3 buyers. What's wrong?

Could be an intermittent problem with the software that connects Ebay to paypal, or with Paypal itself, perhaps Paypal severs are overloaded and cannot respond and the error from Ebay is vague. It this still going on?

I'm a buyer and have not had any problems... well, in the past year. This issue may be specific to a few stores on Ebay, or a few accounts on Paypal.
