It looks like there is a problem with this listing...

Is anyone else having this recurring issue over the last 18 hours? No matter how many times I hit the "list item" button, this message pops up, and I can't list: "It looks like there is a problem with this listing. Sorry something went wrong. Please wait a moment and try again."

I can't even edit a scheduled listing. My boss also can't list. I've tried our company account and my personal account. I've tried different browsers, cleared cache's...nothing. It's happened rarely in the past on maybe a connection issues or glitch happenstance, but this looks like it's a major problem.

Same problem here all day. Talked to customer service rep. Had no idea this was a problem. Aren't they alerted immediately when there is a huge problem with the system. Rep said it could take 48 hours to fix. WTH?

So Ebay sellers in sports cards are getting mad and posting on other sites due to having errors when trying to list or revise a listing on EBAY. The problem stems from having all trading cards Sports and Gaming in the same category as TRADING CARDS. This was a horrible move on EBAY's part back in May. Now with needing the necessary Item Specifics which most of us upgraded in our listings is the term as of yesterday of Condition. I sell sports cards and the only condition it will allow us to enter is USED or there is an Error. The condition of USED should only be in Playing cards as they are Used or they and not even the term Played for being a Used gaming card could be placed in there. This should not be included in the Sports Trading Card , but only Gaming Cards like Magic or Pokemon. The ship of fools at the helm has run their ship aground this time badly.

Thank you for this information to get my baseball card auctions back live.  eBay has totally screw us when it comes to selling sports cards. Customer service had no clue what the problem was. Said "tech" was working on it (ha ha). So now in "Condition", I have no choice but to add "used" which is not correct. In the section "Condition Description", I add: See correct condition in description section".  My cards are usually "Near Mint" or "Near Mint/Mint" and eBay is forcing me to  call the condition "USED"? WTH, eBay! get your act together! You know zilch about sports cards!

Turns out it WAS the darn "Condition" box. It has to be selected as "used." That's fine for cards, but what about sealed boxes and cases? And why this wasn't listed in red as the reason why our listings wouldn't go through is beyond me. I am ready for Ebay to get its stuff together on trading cards. I'm almost to the point where I'm like, go ahead and make the changes, but after that, STOP CHANGING the formats. LEAVE everything where it is now. Just stop changing the format and messing around with the categories. It's just becoming ridiculous. I list over 90 cards per day for my company, and they just keep messing up the flow. I have to train and re-train listers constantly. It's hard when they keep changing things. I just don't understand how such a big company can have so many glitches. And why isn't Trae Young and Luka and other top players not automatically generating in the player's section? Ebay needs to hire a Trading Card specialist as a designated position to be on staff to advise on the several unique issues to us as sellers or at least hire a consultant who gets it. Glad the problem is fixed, but it costed us a day, which amounts to thousands in revenues.
