need shotgun shell help

Greetings, I found a box of empty shotgun shells, 10 gauge. The head stamp is T.E.I. Does anyone know what this company is (was)? I can't seem to find it online. Thanks in advance for any help.

The only headstamp that I know of that even comes close is TE, which is Cartoucherie de Toulouse, Toulouse, France.
