Hi dear ebay runner. buyer opened a case and claimed that he did not receive the parcel while tracking information showed delivered. then he left a negative feedback and ask for money, we returned the money with Paypal transaction ID, but buyer refused to revise feedback and said that he did not receive money, I hope for justice, please remove the negative feedback and punish the cheater, thank you.

You can try sending the buyer a feedback revision request and hope they change their feedback they left you. Good luck.
