The '62 card appears to have a X written on the back and possible paper loss. Any pen writing would greatly diminish the value. Normally, this card might bring around $100 but writing and paper loss would bring it down considerably IMO.
The '59 card could bring more but it's hard to put a value based on that picture. I would need to see a scan of the card out of the holder. This card looks to be in decent condition and could be worthy of PSA grading if unaltered. A Psa 4 -5 card would bring between $200 - $350. Ungraded versions likely would be much less.
