Am I in Ebay twilight world? Or did Dave's sock monkey do some cleaning out?

Great Video and big shop. I don't have room in my shop for a live band - in the hangar yes .

I keep the door between the two closed so I don't get dirt and grit from the shop in the hangar. A good stereo system and tons of tunes is better and I don't have to buy'em lunch..

The county health department had a problem with the kitchen staff.

The IRS questioned my deduction for 5 tons of bananas.

Then we got the INS asking to see Bob D. Monkey's green card.

The state fire marshal.... well.... he said who did the wiring here... a monkey ?

And like I ain't having a bad enough day...

I get a message that I have used a bad word, a very bad word, a seriously bad word.

A word I will never repeat... wink wink

I watched an old Reese Witherspoon movie on the tube.

it was about a blonde who went into law school...

And the title of the movie... can't say that...

I had a bit of a melt down.

All in one day?

Somewhere there is a very jealous monkey, sitting on 5 tons of bananas... who wanted to make sure you couldn't take them away from him, even if you sent him an immigrant with a dictionary of bad words & book of old wiring codes... to fetch them.

"Legally Blond" -- I'm not yet guessing what the bad word was. Now though I can guess what the melt down was. Lol. Or tears. What a crummy day!

I thought you were working on airplanes. A kitchen has arisen?

I finished my part of the 1946 Ercoupe restore project, the check is in the mail.

The next day, I go in and grab a broom, and start sweeping the hanger.

The boss says let's have a talk... he hands me a beer, and pulls out the Jim Beam.

Sock he says.... you don't really work here, you were just a temp.

And now your watch has ended.

But I can still come in and work on planes, no pay...

heck, I would have done the job for free, they were the ones who offered to pay me.

They liked you... and will hire you again when needed.... but don't have extra money for hiring right now. At least he was saying that much -- nothing negative. Just tight employment these days, even with low unemployment rates.

This is a busy time of year, and I don't have that much time to post. I had to ship over 7 things today, which pleasantly surprised me. I see I just sold something else, so I'm going to ship it. I'll be back. 🙂
