unsolved return and cheated

I bought a pair of gloves as a new item and I get the pair used and all cracked leather
I sent the pictures to the seller and he sent me a return ticket to an address where I am no longer.
I explained this to the seller but he does not give me any other solution.

If you originally used a third party or reshipper, then you can only get return shipping to that address. You're only option being International is filing a return through PayPal, but the return shipping costs are your responsibility. If I was the seller, no way. I would not refund anything, you sound like a typical partial refund scammer troll.
