I bought a pair of gloves as a new item and I get the pair used and all cracked leather
I sent the pictures to the seller and he sent me a return ticket to an address where I am no longer.
I explained this to the seller but he does not give me any other solution.

You have to have your current address on ebay so things folks print out will geet to you. Ebat sent that label if you opened a case. You need to contact ebay and see what they can do for you.

You are in Argentina and if you received a label, then you did not have the item shipped to Argentina and it is your responsibility to pay for return shipping. This wasn't an international purchase so you aren't entitled to free return shipping at the sellers expense and I suspect you were never AT the origibal shipping address and had the item forwarded to Argentina 😉

I understand what you say. But in the first place I should have received the article in optimum conditions as the announcement said and it hasnt happened.
I want to show ebay the photos so they can see that I was cheated and intervene in the case.
I should not waste my time trying to return the garbage I received, can not be used or have any value. Because of that and for the troubles that this caused to me i should receive my money back.
Then what else could I do?

By having the item reshipped to Argentina, you have lost your eBay buyer MBG... The seller doesn't have to do a thing. As MissJen has speculated, it sounds like you had the item shipped to a freight forwarder to circumvent the seller not shipping to Argentina. You have absolutely no protection whatsoever on eBay.
What should you do now? Throw the gloves away and use the situation as a lesson learned.
You could open up a case in Paypal, but YOU still have to pay return shipping to get your money back for the gloves.

BTW, you need to vet your sellers a whole lot better. That seller gets HUNDREDS of negatives a month and appears to be drop shipping from Amazon.

"Then what else could I do?"
You could study the eBay Money Back Guarantee on the listing.
That should explain how it works if you want a refund.
eBay will "intervene" if you follow the appropriate process.

Am I the only one who sees a bit or irony about a probable seller from China using Amazon to drop ship an item to a buyer from Argentina who circumvented the seller's USA only listings by employing a freight forwarder and now wants his money back and doesn't want to pay to return the items?
Boy, was THAT a mouthful.

Is the present hurtle of sheep here missing this:
How would Amazon dropship a matching pair of old cracked gloves?

They wouldn't.
