I went into my business policies and added this option, than someone bought a $190 card and selected this option. Consequently, I deleted it from my business policies:

Am I doing something wrong in setting this feature up?

A} I thought this was only available for <$20.

B} does this option automatically appear, regardless of $value or # of cards?

Your interpretation is incorrect. You may (or should) not use this envelope if the value of the content is more than $20.

I wouldn't delete this option if I were you (unless all your cards are so high priced). If you get such a sale, does not ruin you to pay $3-$5 for a first class insured package.
