UPS labels wont work for me

There were problems with UPS and USPS earlier in the day and eBay had a banner alert up on the top of the label page. That banner has since been removed and issues presumably resolved.

However there is now a new banner saying there are problems with FedEx:

"Please be aware that Fedex is experiencing issues at the moment. We apologize for any inconvenience and if affected, ask that you try again later."

Same for me.

I need to combine 2 orders from the same buyer, but it is showing "Sorry, we couldn't load this order. Error getting order from server." for those 2 orders on the bulk shipping tool. Ironically, other orders from individual buyers loaded just fine on the same page.

I've contacted eBay and am currently waiting on their reply.
