I was able to buy my shipping labels but it will not let me print them

What happens when you try to print?
Any difference if you use a different browser, or if you save the label as a PDF and print using a PDF reader rather than using your browser's PDF utility?
Are you sure you browser is set to open PDF files and not save them?
Do you see the label preview?
Did you try to reprint the label here:
