Hello! Does anyone know about sanctioned goods not delivered to Kazakhstan. In January I ordered carbide cutters, everything came without problems. Now, in March, I ordered the same thing, there were problems with delivery, carriers say that the goods are prohibited for delivery to Kazakhstan, the exact reason is not indicated. I couldn't find my item on eBay's banned list. Maybe someone knows the reason?

It may not be written in eBays website but it may be restricted for exporting. Check your countries rules on what is restricted for export.

Could be considered tooling to make military weapons and has fallen under some embargo.  It might just not be described in the correct way.  If you can get a shipping broker to look into it , that might help.

So I say, in January I ordered the same thing, everything came, and in early March Anthony Blinken came to Kazakhstan, maybe after that some restrictions were introduced, but no one knows about it)))

Is the seller shipping them through an ebay shipping program? They have quite a lot of restrictions that often don't seem to be followed (or necessary) when a sellers ships directly to the buyer.
