So I've been selling for over almost two years and today I have a question about shipping. I had a package come back with unable to forward. I contacted the buyer and she is willing to pay for more shipping as she did not update her address prior to moving. So she said she updated her address. I said I would send her a new invoice for shipping to her new address assuming there is a way to do this in Ebay. So, is there? I can't seem to find it.
