Was this a purchase you made from an eBay seller?

You need to contact the Micasahi website, not eBay

I'm going to make a guess here; you purchased from an Ebay seller, who then had the item drop shipped to you from Micasahi, is that correct? If so, and you are needing to return, you would return it to the Ebay seller. Go to the resolution center on Ebay and open the appropriate case. 

If this was a purchase you made thru Micasahi however, you can find their return/exchange details at the very bottom of their home page.
