Hi. I've been using Ebay for quite a while but only recently did I have to return an item. The seller agreed to a refund and Ebay has notified me of that he has already issued it. They also said that the seller would provide me with a return shipping label, but he hasn't done so. I suspect he doesn't want the item back (the item not worth much, like 12 euros) but since I'm new to this I'd like to know what happens next.
Thanks for any assistance you may provide.

If you have your refund, the seller figured it wasn't worth paying to have the item returned and just refunded you.
Once a refund is issued, the case is closed and no reason to provide a return shipping label
