return shipping label

The seller issued a full refund and said she provided shipping label as well. I have been searching like crazy, and can not come across the drop down selection to print said label! I don't know what else to do.

Typically sellers don't issue a refund before they get the item back. If you do have a refund, I would assume they never sent a pre-paid return shipping label (implying that they don't want to pay for return shipping).

BTW, you should stick to one thread, especially if its been answered already.

It sounds like the seller made a common mistake--she accepted the return and had ebay issue a label and then she refunded you. The refund should have been issued after the item was returned. When she refunded you, the return label went away. If she wants the item back she will have to buy a label and email it to you. She can get your email off the PayPal transaction
