A buyer opened a return request cause the products arrived damaged and they were totaly different from the listing pics.. I have asked her many times to provide me with pictures of the damaged product or the one which was different (eventhouhg there was a warning for little differences in my listing). I have offered a refund, a replacement, i asked her to buy a shipping label for the return and paypal her the cost.
I have contacted Ebay several times and followed their directions on what to do. After my contact with ebay, each time i have tryed to contact the buyer and offered her what ebay told me to.But nothing.No response
How long do i have to wait for the request to close ?

If you want the items back, you will need to send her a return label. If you don't eBay will step in and send them the full refund and let them keep the items. Sounds like the buyer isn't interested in negotiating with you, they know that eBay will take care of the full refund if you don't send the return label.
Once the case is settled, you can report the buyer if they don't return the same items that you shipped.

The buyer should also show the picture of the damaged product so that you can see if it is true.
