Has anybody else who had a return policy spelled out in the "business policies," section for all their listings noticed they are no more? I notice it's still available when going in to edit return policies, but no ebay shows on computers only their own clickable link that takes buyers off listing with return policies. My issue is when I went in and checked my own listings and even other sellers listings from a mobile device this feature is not present. This is not good. So buyers can claim they were not aware that they couldn't return brand new sealed items back that had been opened or brand new with tag items bag with factory tags removed and missing or footwear back worn that was unworn and without factory boxes if sent in factory boxes. Why even had the Policy description box if ebay is going to not even allow them in our listings and mobile users do not even get the same ebay link spellng out return polices. I thought maybe it was some sort of glitch and when in and re-did my policy description and it showed all 415 that I have returns turned on for would be updated to reflect the policy, nope, it's still not showing in listing description when you click shipping and returns.

eBay's 2018 Spring Seller Update includes a section on changes to returns process. Two parts of the changes are that restocking fees will no longer be allowed, and customized return policies will no longer be shown.
On listings started after June 1 the seller's return policy statement will not be available. On Good Til Cancelled listings started before June 1, the restocking fee and seller's return policy box will show until the seller updates the listings or August when the listings will be automatically updated by eBay.

It appears to have disappeared June 1st, as all the items sold prior to this still had the policy in my listing. No more speed reading on my part. lol...

Business policies has been deleted now also. I guess you will have to put your return policies in your desciption part of your listing listing unless ebay won't let you do that either! Looks like ebay encourages returns for the buyer in ANY condition and screw the seller!

LOL, buyers do not follow policy. Ebay refunds no matter what the policy is be it yours or theirs.
Just read about an ebay seller scammed out of $6500 for a brand new embroidery machine. Buyer sent him back their old one claiming a SNAD. Seller saw old one sent back in buyers business photo of the machine. Even with different serial numbers, the seller still lost the case, and ebay being as buyer friendly as possible, allowed this fraudster to get a new machine and a refund of $6500.
Don't ever count on EBAY now to help you with fraudulent returns.
