return label does not preview or print properly

Returning an item and the seller accepted.  eBay gave me a label to print.  I "printed" to pdf, it comes up sort of wide, like it's been stretched out.  Attempted to print, prints exactly the same way, takes up the entire page, and there is no possible way that the shipping company will ever be able to scan or read the label.

What's the deal?

Instead of printing to a PDF, have you tried printing directly to the printer?

Does the lable come up right on eBay?

Then save the label to your desktop and print it from there and just bypass eBay.

Can you post a screen grab of both the screen where the label was delivered to you as well as what the PDF looks like?

Block out the important info, just need a general overview so people can advise you properly.

If you have an Email button next to your fresh Prints button @junkyardwarriorr 

the return label will arrive in your email as a PDF, which sidesteps your print-to-PDF issue.

I did that.  It comes out exactly the same as it does on eBay's site and .pdf

If the label is printing too large you can reduce it when printing the PDF. Scale it down 50% and check the orientation. You may have to change from portrait to landscape or vice versa.

Same problem, no fix just waisted time!

Click print and then go to bottom where it says more options and change scale to "fit to printable area"

Took me a while to figure it out but was so relieved when i finally did
