return issues no help from ebay

I bought an item that was never delivered the seller provided a tracking from NY but the seller is from India the seller has used several selling names at least five the latest one parkdiamonds, which normally takes over 25 days to get items from another country due to customs but the seller never sent the item to me and with but did immediately sent in some sort of thing to my home town the funny and sad thing is that the item i bought from the SF CA area was purchased at 10/24/19 at 1:15 pm the seller has a label made on 10/24/19 at 10:20 am from JAMAICA, NY 11434!  5:45 minutes sooner then my purchase at 1:15 PM Pacific Time???! the different time zones I'm in Pacific time which is 3 hours behind so when I bought my item at 1:15 PM SF CA time the NY time was 4:15 PM so then how can seller get away with this **bleep**?! and eBay fall for IT and side with the seller??? first of all it doesn't take 7 days for item to come from India to NY  as it took 7 days from NY to get to SF CA area and the label was made 5:45 minutes before I bought the item!!!!FYI eBay sided with the seller!! and so did Pay pal I'm out $875.00 dollars why????is eBay helping scammers lairs and cheaters????

Did you pay with a credit card? If so, try for a chargeback.

yikes that seller has some horrible feedback for fake diamonds..$289 for a three ct diamond? You need to vet your sellers better..this has scam written all over it.67% positive feedback? Run!

You either DID or did NOT receive something?

Does the tracking show delivered?

Did eBay customer service assign any weight to the above ?

 What was their reply ?
