I am a buyer.
I bought something with the seller on ebay and wanted to return it after receiving the item. This seller asked me to be responsible for the shipping cost.
So I used paypal to print the shipping label on ebay.
But I changed my mind and didn't want to return it.
Can I refund the money for the shipping label I printed?

Depends on how long it has been.
Open the Paypal transaction and there may be a "void label" button if you are still within the time frame. If the button is not there then it has been to long and, no, a refund is not possible.

You have 120 hours from when a USPS label is purchased to void it at PayPal. After that, you are out of luck.
I'm pretty sure it's 48 hours.
