Resolution Center closed my case with only refunding a part of the amount.
Is there any way to reopen a case, or to contact ebay about a closed case?

No, a closed case cannot be re-opened. What type of case was it? What wasn't refunded?

If it was a remorse return (as in you changed your mind) the seller would refund your purchase price only (shipping would not be refunded.)

I bought several items of one article in my basket in one purchase, all from the same seller, I didn't reciece any of them. As they all had the same item number, I could only place the complaint once, and I got refunded only once allthough I made it clear in the complaint how many items I had bought and not recieved.

Ok sounds like you didn’t change the quantity when you opened the case. If you paid with PayPal, Try filing with paypal to get the rest of the refund.
