Hi, Im newbie in ebay and i bought an item. The item didn`t arrived when the date was set so I asked for refund. Two days later seller said that he sent another one to me and i hsould arrive before christmas. 'i was like Ok and so now christmas ended and i still not got item. Seller dont respond to me when I ask for a refund and the purchase was closed (or something else). please help me what i should do

It sounds like you opened a return request and if the seller had tracking and it shows that it was delivered to you the case is closed in the seller's favor.

First, delivery dates are estimates and many times unreasonable due to holiday traffic and travel problems such as storms or things like the resent So Cal fires.

Now If the item is truly late, the first thing you do is MESSAGE the seller. With this you need to give the seller time to respond (around 72 hours).

THEN if you do open a case you DO NOT close it. No matter what the seller says, They CAN refund with the case open, They CAN ship a replacement with the case open. You NEVER close a case before you have a replacement or cleared refund in hand.

Needless to say you do not leave feedback until the transaction is finished.

They promise you anything but they do nothing.

Open an INR case through the Resolution Center.

And I STRONGLY suggest that you don't buy from that part of the world.
