I used Pay after delivery to buy a item and the item is not up to quality that the seller stated. I want to return the item what is the best way to do this through Ebay case or through Paypal. I want to stop the payment which comes up in a week.How does this work ???

Be warned. Some sellers will try to con you into closing the case.DO NOT close the case. Follow eBay prompts ONLY, the case will close it'sd self upon completion. If you close it before hand you can not reopen it.
