Go into your orders and see what the estimated delivery date is.
If the time frame has expired open a case for item not received.

Hi, Juan.
If the item is a few days past the Estimated Delivery Date, and apparently it is, you need to file an Item Not Received claim under the Money Back Guarantee.
note: you only have 30 days from the last EDD to file, so make sure you do. Don't get involved with back-and-forth with the seller if they don't help you after reaching out to them ONCE.

Apparently, the estimated delivery date was February 17th.
So, yes, the OP needs to open an item not received case.

So I have a query on a package that I have which is coming to New Zealand from the US (same kind of issue).
The EDD that eBay has is 28th February on the tracking number via Pitney Bowes. There has been no tracking update since it's left the Ebay Global Shipping centre on the 2nd February.
BUT, when I go into my Purchase history & select the Returns, Shipping & Payments tab it's now showing the Estimated Delivery dates of March 27th - April 4th (which is another month away)!!!!!
Why has this date updated? And of course if I don't get my package delivered on the 28th Feb (which is highly unlikely), I'll have to create a INR claim .... so why is the Estimated date now jumped out?
I'm confused ....
Appreciate any feedback on this issue ....

That is the delivery date if the item was purchased today. It's not related to your purchase.
