Re: i need help

Well if they are droppshipping from ANYWHERE they have a short life expectancy.

Two wrongs here. The buyer should not be trying to extort a refund and the seller should sell only what they have in hand.

Re: i need help

This is Feedback Extortion.  Do NOT give a partial refund.  Respond only "Return for Refund" and do not say anything else.  When a buyer is this unpleasant, he will use anything you say against you.  Yes, you may have to accept a refund but at least that would get the matter over with.  If the buyer is a scammer, the "Return for Refund" statement may get him to back off.

In the meantime, take a deep breath.  Step away from the keyboard or IPhone as the case may be.  Get a hot cup of tea or coffee or whatever.  In a week or so, you will have moved on from here and you will have learned a new skill in dealing with nasty buyers.

I'd also suggest that, if the buyer is correct in saying that you took nearly two weeks to ship, speeding up your shipping process.  Slow shipping makes buyers unnecessarily cross, and that is (obviously) something you'd want to avoid in future.

Hopefully your next sale will be a much happier one!

Re: i need help

Problem is that the OP is drop-shipping from China and not disclosing it..he has another thread about it..

----------

OP..you need to rethink your business plan if you are wanting to make any money...drop-shipping from China, not taking your own pictures and not disclosing your item location= a disaster waiting to happen..

Good catch.  I didn't see that.  Drop-shipping from China is a game-changer.

However, the buyer is still in the wrong for threatening and should be reported.  It's also not a good idea that they buyers ID is visible in that screencap.

Re: i need help

That is an eBay policy violation. I would keep the email, BLOCK and IGNORE. You may get a neg, but you most likely will be able to get it removed by calling eBay and showing them the messages. A neg is NOT the worst that can happen to you here. Its not even counted against your seller stats anymore and it rolls off in 12 months.

Drop shippers seldom make it on eBay (very seldom). Too many rules and drop dead dates. It still doesn't change the original question or answer. They weed themselves out quickly.
