You're based in Sri Lanka but the page setup should be the same
Go to;
-Listing
-Revise your item
-Shipping details
-Exclude shipping locations
-Click on 'create exclusion list'
-Select the regions or countries you don't ship to

Under one of my selling IDs, I can do this globally instead of for every listing. But on my other selling ID I can't find that option (both using Chrome browser). I get as far as "exclude shipping locations" and this appears:
So I click on "buyer requirements" and this appears:
When I click on "exclude shipping locations page" It returns me to the first page shown above.
Am I missing something or is this yet another ebay glitch? 🙄

If you want the same exclusions on all of your listings, you can do that in your shipping preferences.

This is just a guess but are you using the global shipping program on that account?
Are you able to do it on a listing by listing basis?

Sadly, none of these work. What happens is they may have an address located in the country you are in for instance London. From that address they load the parcel but it comes from China for instance then 3 to 4 days later it's in your country. Then it's being shipped to you.
Last 10 parcels about 6 were from China which I specifically request not to include in the results but, they have a little British flag on the bottom to confuse you even more.
eBay 1/10
It's no longer any good as you pay British prices for Chinese workers... Who get paid £0.20p an hour...
At the end of the day eBay is becoming illicit in criminal activity and likely will be shut down in the UK, just as soon as an MP get wind of it!
