This is what i am dealing with recently and has not been resolved!
The buyer bought a coach handbag from me and requested such demand like" no ebay invoice, no ebay sign ,ship it in generic box and needs signature upon delivery!" And i did what he demanded!
The upsps shows the package has been delivered 3days ago and he bagan to file a claim for not receiving the bag!
But if the package has not been signed, how it could have been delivered !!
so what can i do to protect my benefits!
IS there anybody had the same situation?

Due to Covid19; they are not getting signatures. Does the tracking # show delivered (sig does not matter)

It's a scam. You shouldn't have given in to their demands.
That's a big red flag when they demand those things for an expensive item like that unless it was a gift.
Block the buyer and respond to the INR claim with the tracking you provided showing it was delivered.

You say " he began to file a claim for not receiving the bag". That process only takes a few minutes!! Did he go thru with the claim?? If so, you should have received a message from ebay for your response.
If you purchased "signature required", then USPS will not leave it without a signature, even if the buyer has to make a trip down to the post office where it is being held. If the pkg is not signed for in a reasonable amount of time, then USPS will return it to the shipper- you. SO, if tracking shows delivery at final destination, then someone signed for it. Case closed - you win!
Reply to ebay's "not received " message with the tracking number showing delivery. They will see that pkg was delivered - case will be closed and no "dings" will go against you. I have gone down this road a few times!!
There are some buyers who will pull this scam, hoping for refund or replacement from a new seller.
And I have had tracking show delivery - buyer says "no it wasn't", and then a couple of days later USPS shows delivery again!! So... every "delivery" is not always a "delivery" when it comes to USPS Tracking. But...ebay will take "delivered" (even if not true) from USPS Tracking as the final word on a shipment or a return for "proof of delivery"'. Ebay has no other way to verify delivery either for a buyer, or for a seller.
ALWAYS communicate and handle refunds/replacements, etc thru ebay, NEVER NEVER thru text or email!!
Good luck!

I have a couple of comments.
I had a similar situation with a buyer years ago and what you describe matches what I experienced.
I suspect your buyer is a seller somewhere else and is using you as a dropshipper. Thus, they don't their buyer to know that YOU are the seller or that the label was printed through ebay. And since some sellers use ebay packaging, they're demanding a generic box so their buyer won't know it's from ebay.
As for demanding signature confirmation, I wouldn't do it. It's an extra cost for you (as the seller) and not required for seller protection unless the total price (including shipping) is $750+. Since all your sales are well under the s.c. requirement, it's not necessary.
And as someone pointed out, during the Covid crisis, carriers aren't required to obtain it.
If the buyer is sending messages claiming non-receipt, just tell him/her to open a case for INR. Once the case is opened, you can respond with the tracking number showing delivery and you will win the case.
