I have two cases related to the order of the goods. sellers return money, but do not want to compensate for lost time. how to make them?

To my knowledge there is nothing in place that would force a seller to compensate a buyer for lost time. If an item is defective/damaged the most you would be entitle to is refund of purchase.

Buyers aren't entitled to "lost time." Nor are sellers. How would ebay even calculate that? Who puts the value on someone's time? Is my time worth more than yours? Is another buyer's time worth more than either of us? And who quantifies just exactly how much time was lost?

Do you seriously propose that ebay should award you compensatory/ punative damages ?

You can't. Time is never factored in. You get back what you paid, that's it.
In fact, asking for that is a violation of policy as you are asking for something that is not in the listing.
Be sure to carefully vet the listing and the seller before you buy as you may be able to avoid problems this way.

And are you willing to pay the SELLER for the time they have to waste processing a return, issuing the refund, inspecting the goods, restocking the goods and relisting the goods?
