getting technical help from ebay

I'm so frustrated that I can not figure out how to talk to someone about technical difficulties.

I send an offer out. Someone who was watching the item, took the offer. I received the "PAID SHIP NOW" notice. When I open it to process this purchase, it takes me to the shipping page (as it should), but there's a RED FLAG notice telling me to NOT ship, because no  payment has been made..? It says it was paid? ,but wont let me process it.

How can I get a hold of eBay for technical issues?

ONLY eBay can fix this...it doesn't recognize it as a technical issue, so its counting "against me" on response time ect

Then you haven't been paid yet. Wait until it shows up in the awaiting shipment section.

Also, be careful of the text in that section that doesn't match. eBay, in their infinite wisdom, decided to put the awaiting shipment text in the awaiting payment section for some reason. Really stupid.
