freight charges

I issued a return label to a buyer who has not yet returned the purchase by the date alloted by Ebay.  I have contacted the buyer who has not responded to my messages.  What is my next step to get the freight charges back for the return label.

Was it a usps label issued through ebay or did you pay for a label on your own and then send it to them via email?

If it was the first way, you won't be charged for the label unless they use it.

If you issued the label through Ebay, you won't be charged for it until the buyer uses it.
