What is the weight entered into the listing? Should be under a pound for 1st class to show up.

Well, I don't know for sure. I see items you have for sale that couldn't possibly ship first class. And yours are the only listings I have ever seen that offers Allstate insurance. I am confused.

First Class has to be under 15.9 ounces.

You REALLY need to check your shipping.  For a lot of the things I see, it looks like you'll lose a good bit of money on shipping.  Does this reindeer:  https://www.ebay.com/itm/204115523661  really weigh less than a pound packaged for shipping?  I doubt it.  For the $4.12 you're charging you won't be able to ship it across the street, much less across the country.

I think they are selling just the sleigh bells, no reindeer? The pic is misleading.

Many of your items appear to weigh more than 15.9 ounces, so USPS First Class will not show up as an available shipping option for you.  You will have to ship as USPS Priority, which will cost several dollars more than what you are currently charging; so you will need to revise the shipping charges on many of your items, or you will be taking a significant loss on many of your sales.

I see a few things that probably qualify (the trophies not so sure as even small hollow ones would hit a pound with packaging). Did you by chance select flat where you charge a specific flat shipping charge on different listings? If so you are probably choosing from your shipping policy. The new listing tool so I've heard by some its not jiving correctly and I suggest you go back in and review/change those polices. Also, remember that USPS rates went up Oct.1 so double check and raise prices accordingly and please please weigh the items so anything over a pound gets changed to priority and charged accordingly.
