It seems ebay won't allow me to post negative feedback on a seller who agreed to refund my money & then changed their mind because it was over 30 days. I needed that much time to see if the product would work. I'm just upset that I can't leave negative feedback on a seller that tells you one thing & turns around & does another. Might need to take my business elsewhere !!

Not letting you leave feedback means you went to leave it and you couldn't.

You left it.  It was removed.  That is a totally different thing.

If eBay closes a case in the seller's favor and and the buyer and the buyer leaves feedback, the seller can have that removed.

Most of the time if the case is found in the seller's favor the buyer is unable to leave feedback at all.

This is done to prevent malicious retaliatory feedback.
