For priority it said the cost of a package weighing 20lbs with dimensions of 40x30x20 would be $10 and change, UPS $400. I went to change it to another one and it’s only showing and now it only shows priority of as an option. I would love to hear any input on what is going on and how I can fix this.

Usps isn't an option.
The package is oversized.
UPSP caps out at like 130 inch combined length and girth.
Your package I believe is 140.
UPS I believe goes up to 165.
Also do to the size it will go by dimm weight not actual weight. So for UPS your billed weight will be around 173 lbs.
what you are probably seeing is flat rate priority options that you can't use that typically show avaliable for all listings.

Can you use a smaller box?

That is an over size package and it won't be cheap to ship. It does not weigh much but size matters in shipping. As others have stated, can you make the package any smaller?

It’s not doing that for other listing. Just these, probably because it’s an oversized like you’re saying (it’s a nativity scene blow mold set). I’ll just go in and try to create a shipping policy for those.

Maybe a little. It’s two 28” blow molds. So it’s going to be a big package. Sold comps were selling with $170+ shipping. If I have to I’ll just put like $200-$300 with free shipping.

Not really. They’re blow molds.

You're going to run into major problems with this @robcope2 . Not sure what you're seeing or if there are any typos when you entered info in eBay's shipping calculator. https://www.ebay.com/shp/Calculator
Your package length + girth is 140". As said above, that rules out USPS whose max L+G is 130".
While you can ship UPS whose max is 165" L+G, you need to understand the eBay quote does not include non-standard surcharges. If you buy a label through eBay you will see cost adjustments after UPS processes your package for all of those surcharges.
You will face, at minimum, surcharges for "large package" which is any package exceeding 130" L+G. I don't know if there's an eBay discount on that surcharge, but the regular UPS published surcharge is $190-235.
On top of that you would face an "additional handling" surcharge because L+G exceeds 105". Another $22-29
If the package's second longest side exceeds 30" that would hit you with a second "additional handling" surcharge, and using a box where that measurement is entered at 30" that's dangerous because the slightest amount of shifting in transit that might put it 1/4" over. Another $22-29
If you plan to ship UPS I strongly suggest reviewing these pages:
eBay's guide for avoiding surcharges
https://www.ebay.com/sellercenter/shipping/preparing-your-shipment/packaging-and-measuring
which links to UPS, FedEx and USPS guides. Here's the UPS guide, start at page 126
https://www.ups.com/assets/resources/webcontent/en_US/retail_rates.pdf
You said this is a set - can you divide it into multiple smaller boxes? You can add up to 5 tracking numbers per transaction.
Edit to add: Sometimes Local Pickup Only is the best option for oversized items.

Then I suggest you actually take the package with the molds in it to UPS to ask what the actual charge will be to the farthest location from you. You might be paying more than you make to ship it. It might be better to sell it local only.

Split into 2 smaller boxes. Then it should allow you to send USPS...
