duplicate ups labels

I have a situation where I sent 4 ups labels with my address as the return and destination. 

On the other end what apparently happened is that 2 of the labels got printed 2 times so there are 2 sets of duplicate labels.

Does anyone know how UPS will handle this? I hope that they just back bill for the 2 duplicates, labels were purchased through pirate ship

So are you saying that instead of using four unique labels, two unique labels were used twice and the other two unique labels went unused?

While you really need to check with Pirate Ship, I would think the duplicates will just be backed charged to your Pirate Ship account.  While the two unused labels you need to file for a refund, even though unused, since Pirate Ship charges in advance for them.
