what are the advantages i can get from drop shipping ?

Poor seller ratings, losses due to returns, eBay suspension due to “out of stock” defects.

Drop shipping is a great deal for the company doing the actual shipping; they can concentrate on delivery of products while their customers do all the advertising, competing with each other, and taking all the risks: dealing with late shipments, returns, chargebacks, not-as-described cases...

Drop shipping is not so great for eBay sellers that employ drop shipping services to fulfill their orders, or their customers.

They make it sound like a real easy way to make money. It's not.    Any problem like returns come out of your pocket. Just try and get them to refund anything.  You also have the issues the other posters pointed out too.

Only advantage that I see e is not having to maintain an inventory.

No $$$ tied up in inventory.

No space tied up with inventory.

Weigh that against the posted "disadvantages" to determine how it will work out.

eBay has guidelines for drop shipping that must be followed.

The only advantage is the ease and speed of getting kicked off of ebay permanently.

On ebay as a seller you have to walk a very thin line that you can't walk if you're drop shipping for some metrics, however there's another thread where a seller was doing the fake tracking # scam, got 150 negative feedbacks in a row and is still selling on here, so it's only a few things ebay cares about, when it comes to credibility, site security, or anything else for that matter ebay could care less.
